Notice regarding the processing of your personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the Teknedeyim platform operator. You can contact support@teknedeyim.com for requests.
2. Data categories
Identity, contact, customer transaction, payment status, messaging, support, transaction security, device and preference data may be processed, along with momentary location data only when you use the fish map's location features.
3. Purpose
Data is processed to manage bookings and payments, operate user accounts, verify hosts, provide safety and support, meet legal obligations and, only at the user's request, position the fish map and show nearby catch points and conditions.
4. Legal bases
Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of rights, legitimate interest and explicit consent where required.
5. Transfers
Data may be shared, in a limited and purpose-bound way, with hosts, payment providers, notification/email providers, hosting infrastructure and competent public authorities. The full list of service providers and the retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your rights
You may exercise information, correction, deletion, objection and compensation rights under KVKK article 11 via support@teknedeyim.com. The full list of rights is set out in the KVKK section of the Privacy Policy.
