Cancellation Policy

Every booking on Teknedeyim is protected by clear and fair rules. You will never be charged anything beyond the amount you see when you book.

• If there are more than 48 hours until departure, you can cancel your booking free of charge; your full payment is refunded automatically.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or less before departure are not refunded.

• If the trip is cancelled by the captain or the operator (bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, insufficient occupancy, etc.), your full payment is refunded — no questions asked, or the trip can be rescheduled to a suitable date if you prefer.

• Refunds reach the card or bank account you paid with within 3–7 business days.

• Date changes: free of charge, subject to availability, when there are more than 48 hours until departure.
